Refund policy
The service is billed in advance, either monthly (EUR 3.99, or EUR 84 excl. VAT for the Professional plan, with a 12-month commitment and then no commitment) or annually (EUR 39.99, or EUR 1,000 excl. VAT for the Professional plan) depending on the plan you choose. You can cancel at any time from your account (for the monthly Professional plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the 12-month commitment); access remains active until the end of the period already paid (the current month or year) and no pro-rata refund applies to that period.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate access you consent to performance of the service beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. If you withdraw, only the pro-rata of the service already provided remains due. Access to summaries and reports ceases on cancellation or withdrawal.
